Born and Bread Here on Guam
Our breads are baked fresh daily using simple ingredients. Because our bread contains no added preservatives, it should be stored in a cool, dry place and consumed within 2-3 days. For longer storage, refrigerate or freeze to maintain freshness.
Most varieties are available in-store, but some items have a limited production. To guarantee availability, bread orders (with deposit) may be placed up to 2pm for next day pickup. Artisan varieties require 2-day advance order due to additional fermentation/proofing time required.
